Please ensure to have devices connected to same 2.4Ghz wifi network. Printer doesn't support 5GHz wifi band, so if you have a device connected in 5Ghz, online print won't work.

I am an older female, not that quick with computers, and it was easy to set up. It is probably slower at printing than most people want but I am fine with it, especially with the price.
