Fine for small home office. Nothing fancy. Can get jammed sometimes.

We went from a larger HP brand to this smaller Pixma and we’ve been really happy with it. We’ve had no major issues and print pretty regularly

Great print quality. Also prints great photos on photo paper. Ink quality is good and the ink lasts for a long time.

It was pretty simple to set it up and it’s doing exactly my reason for getting it few days ago. Will be back after a year/two with a detailed review as to its performance!

Been having a lot of trouble since I got it. Prints fairly well. It says it's online but the computer says it's not. Has trouble scanning sometimes as well. Works great with ink though.

Bought this for my mother. It’s a basic printer, but it does it’s job and has been reliable so far. Much better than the old Epson she had.

My old Canon lasted so long the drivers were no longer being updated, so I replaced it with this one. Great printer! The prints are beautiful and clear.

This printer is very slow. It you send multiple documents to it at once, it will stop printing or waste a page of paper by only printing half of the page. The XL ink cartridges are awesome though and last a long time and provides very nice pictures.

Absolutely the worst printer experience I have ever had. Not only is this printer not intended for release in the U.S. (a fact I discovered only after purchasing and attempting to install the printer in my home when I tried to contact Canon for more information and support for the machine) the Canon online user manual for this machine does not respond after multiple attempts to open it. The documentation that came with the machine almost wasn't sufficient to complete installation, let alone address operation. Since it is too late for me to return this item (it sat lonely and unused for about a full month, and only today did I realize the extent to which I have been misused by both companies), I am stuck with a useless machine that is not worth the plastic of which it is made and will have to find another printer/scanner for my home use. I find it completely inexcusable that Best Buy would sell this item to a purchaser in the U.S in full knowledge that Canon would not provide support or information for this item. Henceforth I will avoid any further interaction with Best Buy and will turn to more honorable companies to do business with.
