A bit hard to set up but the priduct performs as I expected.

Metered to replace an old printer and scanner. No complaints, did take a minute to connect to my network.

Easy to operate and quality print. Enjoying the process for printing.

Worst machine for printing , not friendly . Disconnects multi times . That is why its cheap “ sales and register worker of Bestbuy at Levittown , newyork “ at the time when i wanted to return .manager mr Jerry didnt bother to speak to the customer whom complained and said via staff i m busy at work while he was sitting on his station and watching me leaving . It was 14 days over date but the way of treating customers is very disrespectful and embarrassing.

Love it! Easy to use on my computer and phone. Bluetooth is awesome!

Lasted over 4 months with less than 100 paper prints. Connecting it to your wi-fi isn't difficult but doing everything through it's incredibly small screen with so little buttons makes it a real chore to do any menu navigating. Opening up the printer for maintenance is easy which is nice. The final nail in the coffin for this printer was the cheap plastic gear rods shattering, making it impossible to hold the gear in place any longer which caused paper to jam. Also found the alignment would be off after a dozen or so prints. Canon products are quality often times but this one has really soured their reputation for me.

Like being able to print both sides when making copies and able to use photo paper to print onto. Less weight than my previous printer is also a good thing.

Much better than the hp printers where they disable your ink cartridges if you do t have a credit card on file

So far it's working great. Easy to setup and connect your phone to.

It prints and copies, but I am disappointed in the quality of materials and construction.

Not happy with it! Tray is small when paper comes out it often flips out onto floor. Doesn't hold paper well.

I wanted to love the printer but, it doesn't stay on and ink runs out quick.

My old printer broke and needed an immediate upgrade. A Best Buy employee recommended this so I took a chance and I’m glad I did .

This printer sucks. The paper feed doesnt recognize that there is paper in it on a routine basis. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. The wifi setup is a huge pita. I wouldnt recommend it.

Loved the guidance at the store and the printer performance is impecable. Loved it and would highly recommed it.

It was great till it just died. Didn't even last 3 months and it needs service. How convenient.
