This printer was bought for my home office and is only used lightly - printed about 100 pages in 14 months. After 14 months, this printer has already used up one ink cartridge ($50), and says its low on ink again. It never prints when you need it either. I'm replacing it with something more reliable and cost effective.

I literally just bought this item at 7pm tonight. I picked it up 8:30 came home to set it up and immediately it showed error code 5011. I have been trying everything since I got home at 9ish to troubleshoot it and I got nothing. I did so much comparing, research and read so many reviews to find something that fit my need and I have never been so disappointed in an item that I thought would be a "well thought out purchase" It is now about 11:30 pm and I give up. I really wanted it to work out but I have no choice but to return this item and find something else. I am seriously so upset.

jammed after only 5 months (unable to unjam), and Best Buy refuses to take it back, despite it still being within the one year warranty period. Next stop: better business bureau and other consumer agencies

It’s okay for the price. It’s pretty slow and it takes a while to configure settings. However, it works if you have a small budget.

Amazing printer. Cost effects with advance printing and scanning.

Paper gets Jam all the time too much complications with it

Keeps dropping wifi. Turns off on its own, then i go to print and get not available message. Need to read manual some more.

Love the printer but its not good for a home office as the ink does run out quick even when printing small amounts

excellent printer! I really needed a printer/scanner and this works really well! it works wirelessly and have its own wifi! The canon print app makes it easier to connect. Ink wise, the price is decent $40 for the small combo $58 for the xl combo.

Like most I only use my printer a handful of times a year. Worked well until it said it had a paper jam when there wasn’t. Impossible to troubleshoot so had to buy a new one. Don’t waste you money on this junk.

The Front Tray doesn't fit properly and there is issue when connecting to WIFI.

This was not what I expected , i guess I get what i paid for. it continue to Jammed everytime I tried to use the photo paper. It is too slow to print.

I am very pleased with this Canon Printer. I had to replace my older Canon printer and had been hesitant to replace it. But, I am glad I finally updated it with this model. It is easy to use once you watch the online tutorial video available.

Not the best but I knew that when I bought it. My biggest complaint is that it turns off automatically and I have to turn it in every time I want to print.
