The ability to print double-sided is an ABSOLUTELY blessing. I love that I do not have to turn the paper over and reenter it into the printer to print on the other side. That is the best part of this printer. I also love the quality of the printing whether it be on regular paper or on photo paper.

My previous Pixma (MX-922) went kaput after many years of reliable service. The TR7020a does all of the things my old printer did -- but this printer delivers a finer, more detailed quality. I like the ability to handle multiple paper sizes. Well worth the low price tag.

Happy so far, but it's only been about a month.

Okay for the price

Reminds me of an old dinosaur. :) I had more efficient printers 20 years ago. But it does scan & copy so for the price it’s a good deal. I’ll probably upgrade to something better.

Great but "loaded paper" issues

Only issue is often it tells me to load paper when there is paper already loaded. Have to open and close several times to get it to see that paper is in fact loaded.

It’s printed, copied and done photos far better than our old one. I forsee this one lasting much longer than the last. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a very capable and budget friendly printer.

Good value for money, but uses quite a lot of ink.

I rely on it for my work projects. I’d say the only down side is that it does use quite a lot of ink since it has good printing quality.

So to print from my phone is a big thing for me.
