The printer is easy to use, wireless. Very convenient and good price for its value

Bought this printer since my HP broke. It is easy to install and easy to use. The steps to connect the printer are easy. This one has wireless printing and can print from your phone. The wireless option is awesome. Makes it easier to print documents from your phone, instead of turning your computer on and then print.

Excellent value for the money. It is not too big and makes quality prints.

The Cannon Pixma TS5420a is a very economical and useful printer. It also allows you to print on both sides of a sheet of paper without physically turning the paper and putting it back into the printer. It is great for a retired person with limited financial resources.

I replaced a Canon printer that I used for nearly 10 years with another Canon printer. It’s perfect for my needs. I like the small footprint and the looks of the printer. It was pretty easy to setup … but I initially had problems setting up the printer using my iPhone. But I was able to set it up after going to the Canon website on my laptop. I highly recommend this printer for light usage.

This printer seem to print good. It is not a fast printer. It takes a while to print a document or photo. I could not get my android phone to sync with the printer; therefore, I could not print from my phone. I use a printer cord to print from my laptop.

Good printer, got it on sale. Decent print quality, and scanning/copy feature.

The printer was easy to set up and connect to the internet. Wireless printing works great from my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook Air. By default the printer turns itself off. This wastes ink so I leaned how to make it stay on all the time and set that up. I haven’t used he scanning function yet so can’t comment on that.

Pretty disappointed in how slow printing is. I bought this to replace a 20+ year old Epson which had finally given up the ghost, and which was lightning fast compared to this Canon. Obviously I was wrong to assume that advances in technology since then would have at least made it as fast as that museum piece. The print quality is good, I’ll say that, but have a crossword puzzle, or a book, to have something to do while you wait for your print job.

Great printing and reliable, use it for making stickers great starter printer for small business to get the job done!

While the price was great the ease of installation was a welcome surprise.

This is an excellent printer for the price. It's very fast and easy to use.

Works great! Very clear and nice printing. You scan through the app which is different but wish there was a button on the printer to do this. Good for home office with light printing.

Excellent value. This printer does everything i need with excellent quality. Even picture printing is decent. Amazing buy for this price. I do everything from my phone kn canon App and it is very convenient.
