I’m sorry to say this was a waste of money. I love my past Canon printers but this one was terrible. I didn’t get past the setup stage, trying to calibrate it made a loud grinding noise and sucked up all the paper causing a paper jam, I cleared the jam and tried again with only 4 sheets, same results but when I cleared this jam I couldn’t put the back piece back on, it wouldn’t engage. I packed it up and returned for a full refund. Very disappointed I’ll have to think twice before purchasing another Canon.

Printer works great! Was a little difficult to connect to wifi initially, but once it finally connected it's great.

Great printer took me a bit to figure out how to work the printer. Works great just setting up the wifi up is a hassle.

An ok printer. Could not download the driver package from Canons website. The interface is fine but had issues finding it on my home network so I still needed to connect via cable.

It was a good deal on sale; easy to set up, and link to my laptop (I am a non-techy boomer!). Also does double sided printing. The only downside is that it is slow, but that's to be expected for its small economical size.

Not what i needed. Too many malfunctions for me to keep.

Bought this printer after returning a different brand as it was too hard to set up wireless, even after calling help desk .

The printer feature works very good, however it wasn’t as easy to connect to my computer as advertised. I still have not been able to get the scanning feature to work.

Good printer. Had some issues pairing with chromebook. Not sure if it was my issues , once paired works good. Can print from iPhone .

No problems so far, I love the fact that I can print on both sides of the paper. There is only one printer cartridge or color.

If I could return it I would but I missed the window. It's only printed twice without issues. It constantly cannot print because it's "busy" but yet not doing anything. The scanner is ok but do not try to do a scan and then print it. That does not work either. It's also a bit bigger than anticipated.

Best product! You need to have it in your home. Works nicely.

Not as good as my previous printer (HP) and doesn’t print as well. Also cuts off after a time and I cannot print from another device in another room without getting up and going to the printer…very inconvenient!!

I have had nogthing but trouble trying to get this printer to scan (won't do it at all) and stay connected to my Lenovo laptop for simple printing. What a disappointment. I am having someone come to try to fix this; if they cannot I'm going to bring it back and trade up.

No problems after 2 months. Very hood overall scanner and printing for the price.

This printer is catastrophically unusable. Every time that I start a print job, it takes about five minutes for the data to “process”. Then the thing sits there for another two minutes, spinning its wheels and making noise. Then, IF I AM LUCKY, the last page will print… oh wait, its only the top 25% of thr last page. Then it just freezes on “processing”. I have to reboot this thing no less than 5 times per print job, and i always have to end up printing one page at a time. It takes upwards of 30 minutes to print anything

Fresh out of the box, set up, and the the paper jams. Clear the jam and the next piece comes out blank. Try again and it jams again. Eventually get a printed copy.

i do not know if i set the printer up right yet. but from every thing that i know i will be very happy with it
