Oo, but not great.

Poor quality and poor customer service policy

Very awkward and difficult procedure to clear the jam. Very unhappy, want to return it and purchase a better model, but BestBuy's return period cuts off at 2 weeks, which is rediculous. So, I just have to live with this very unsatisfactory printer.

Printer swap

Not Worth It

Havent even had it a year and I already need to buy a new one because this one cant even print one document without having an error pop up and having to restart multiple times.

It gets the job done for simple things. Picture quality isn’t the worse but will be upgrading.
