It seemed to be very cheaply made. The paper drawer would get stuck often and be hard to pull out. Doesn't even come with an instructions manual.

For an all in one printer, this is a very good at doing all of these. There is a common asusmption that these will sacrifice at some task, but this is a very good one on all aspects.

Has trouble communicating with computers and app for scanning and printing is not user friendly. Will not purchase canon again.

Too difficult to connect wirelessly to a Mac. Connected by wire works quite well

Ink does dry immediately. Nothing to catch the paper. Can not scan. Will return it.

What a piece of junk. I boy it, opened it… and it was not compatible with my NEW LAPTOP…. And no canon did not have updated software… and no Microsoft store didn’t have it… and no ease of install was a nightmare…. I boxed it bc ack up and donated it to Goodwill! Why, you may ask ? It would work with the computers sold there!

This is a very inexpensive printer. You know this right out of the box. It's flimsy. It's not happy with paper. It will only take one piece of paper in the tray. I used two pieces and learned out to clear a paper jam. I previously had a pixma and it was nice. This is junk don't buy it. Pay a little more for a better model, it's worth it, not to drive yourself crazy.

This printer is perfect for home office use. It touches all the bases.

I had to buy a new printer because the old one died. The old one gave me more good years of printing than I can enumerate. The new one was the closest I could get to its predecessor, but just about everyone about it it wrong, beginning with the eccentricities of just turning it on and off. I think that it has final found stability, but I still hold my breath with every printing job that I launch.

Paper doesn’t want to feed now like it did when I first bought it.

I couldn't make it work, so I shipped it back. If I get another printer, it will have a wire! While I was hunting for the serial number, a couple of plastic parts fell off and I never figured out where one of them went. The instructions weren't clear and often had me right back to where I started.

The features are nice but it prints very slowly and runs out of ink like crazy.
