I had to call the Best Buy Geeks to figure out how to use the scan function, as Canon Utilities didn't load. I am very disappointed, and will be returning this.

one minute to scan one page

Get something better

It has no idle status and you have to click it on if you want to use it, otherwise your printer spooler screws up and it'll print nothing. All you can do is restart your computer because stopping/starting/refreshing/restarting the printer spooler will do nothing.
