Would not read the black ink cartridge in place. It would come up as an error. Tried with a new cartridge and still would not read it. Not worth the time and money.

Worst printer I have ever owned. One day it works fine, the next it doesn't. You can be in the middle of scanning several pages and out of the blue it decides it can no longer communicate with the computer. My HP printer NEVER has this problem. I bought this as a back up for when the other computer is not available, worst purchase I have ever made. I was hoping to return it for something that actually works, unfortunately I am 7 days passed the window to do so according to Best Buy.

Great quality, great looking and great price. The Setup was easy and so far is working fine. I will recommend.

Worst printer I have ever worked with. No tray for multiple scans, only one sheet at a time. My fault for not catching this when shopping. Back feeder and front feeder rarely respond to the size of the paper being fed in. Envelopes can only be fed in the back feeder, and even then the printer does not recognize the size of the envelope. Printer shuts itself off after so many minutes and takes forever to start up after pressing the Power button. I would shop elsewhere for a home printer.

Great product and easy to install once you download the app. Got it at a great price during the holidays.

Prints ok, but I literally have to turn the thing off and on and off and on and off and on to get it to connect to my MacBook. I absolutely hate it. I wish the durnn thing would just plug in with a cord.

Suitable home use options. Ink usage seems appropriate.

Print quality is terrible. Pictures are dull and faded. Changed settings to manual on computer but doesn't change.

The price is the reason why you shouldn't buy it! It was not letting us print a day after setting it up, and couldn't see there was ink in the tray. Had to return. DON'T RECOMMEND!

Not easy to set up. I already mailed out printer don’t know why it’s not there

I requested assistance in buying a printer. The Canon printer stated it was wireless but I had to pay an additional $40 to be able to print from my iPad

Worst printer I have ever owned. Do not buy unless you want half printed or blank pages. I have tried all of the trouble shooting over and over but I still cannot get it to print a full page.

I bought this printer in hopes that I could wirelessly print documents and photos from my phone and laptop. But it still will not connect to my WiFi. Disappointing!

Not good at all! Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it grabs 10 sheets at once. Sometimes it won’t grab any not a good investment.

Lack luster and flimsy. Oh well , the sane you get what you pay for is real with this.
