Too hard to connect, not alway able to connect to WiFito slow to hard to connect

Easy to set up and works perfectly so far. Came with enough ink to start printing right away.

Printer would not stay connected to wifi and continuously had to be reconnected without success. It finally stopped working because it said I had "an open paper tray' even though it was closed. I tried to get phone assistance to troubleshoot the issues I was having and that was also unsuccessful. To add insult to all the other problems, it is not compatible with chomebooks so my only printing option ismy smart phone...to which it wont stay connected and setting it up to print is difficult. I've only been able to print one time in the 9 months since I have had it.

It took me some time to learn how to use it, but after I started using it I liked it very much.

I'm not a tech guy. Good product easy to set up and use.

Its an okay product. Not as fast as I had hoped for.

Average at best very slow angry confusing to set up

These people giving 5 stars must be on drugs! A bear to install software. Doesn't seem to have scan to file capabilities and to top it off the version with the 'a' at the end is not authorized for sale or service in the USA according to canon. Needless to say I returned it the next day. Purchased HP Envy 6155e instead and couldn't be happier.

This is my second Canon printer, and I'm disappointed that it is not as "user friendly" as the first one. In addition, I find it quite vulnerable to breakage - the paper trays especially.

The machine went dead in 2 month and wouldnot recomened

There has been a bit or a learning curve in operating this printer, but overall, we are satisfied with the purchase. We've had a few little hiccups, hopefully it will be easy operating once we fully understand all the options it offers.

Terrible. It works just ok with regular printer paper but if you try to use photo paper or cardstock it won't pull it out of the tray. Pretty much useless for me. Im returning it.

Printer is great for the price. Took to pixma print, and this printer is all setup

Scan speed is very slow and one page at a time like older model. Ink is used up quickly. Overall machine is heavy and bulky

Had a PIXMA before. Thought they were not a bad purchase for the money. This one has a super small paper cassette. Has trouble with scanning into pc. It always wants to scan one and import it. Can't get the scan utility to load.

Perhaps I got a dud but this kept jamming even when I would load page by page. I ultimately returned!

Second time we use and you don’t wanna work anymore we no recommended. Try to find something else. This is trash.

Had to return it didn’t work well sadly had to get a hp worked great!
