Should Have Bought an HP...

Frequently disconnects from the wifi. This was never an issue with our previous HP printer. Lastly, anytime you try to print double-sided it jams in multiple locations. I will never buy a Canon printer again.

Never try this product!

No advice fro Best Buy and had to cope with set-up

Terrible Printer

They always disconnect from the network. Even when you know they're connected they say they're "offline". Sometimes it'll print so slowly that a three page document can take 10 minutes. I have never had so much trouble with a printer. Seriously regret this purchase.

NOT WHAT WAS PROMISED!

You have to lift the printer up even to slide the paper tray back in, which doesn't hold more than 20 sheets of paper, anyway! It is nowhere near as easy as a good old HP to use, you have to be a techie to figure out how to operate it because it comes witH no user manual! i am not at all pleased, and would like to return it.

Don't buy it

Went to the store to change it but I bought it 30 days ago. Bob from Greek Squad kindly tried to fix it. No success. Piece of junk.
