Jammed the first time I had to print over 10 pages (double side), and continues to do so. The one I received is fine for very small print jobs. Scans great with good detail.

1.- printing quality it’s ok 2.- it’s a super slow printer I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

could not get hooked to computer or phone, very complicated set up instructions, returned and bought a hp, we were printing pictures in 10 mins

I have own couple of Canon printers but this model is no good. I tried several times to print wireless and followed the instructions without luck.

Instructions for set up are way too hard to follow. Paper doesn’t load correctly. Spent over an hour just trying to set up

Do not buy this printer. I have to turn it on amd off 14 times before it prints. It never connects properly and prints crappy wuality. Im throwing it in ten garbage whwre it belongs.

Didn’t work at all low quality app didn’t work either

I use this printer for a variety of items including party invitations wedding invitations, programs and more. I am able to print on various media such as paper, lightweight cardstock, heavyweight cardstock, t-shirt transfers. The image quality is great, I find the colors to be pretty true.

I have tried and tried to get this printer to work. I either get messages saying restart router, can't communicate with the printer, move phone closer to router, weak signal or it just gets stuck saying communicating. This thing is going back to the store.

Have not had to use it much and my biggest hope is that the ink lasts longer than my last printer. Was easy to set up.

Printer is loud and slow. It’s hard to figure out the scanning capabilities

Printer kept having errors and paper jams. Complete garbage

Started out ok. August now and only the back feeder works. very very light usage. Just started 1st refill of black ink.

Difficulty with getting this printer to print. I have spent time & money repeatedly attempting to get this printer to actually print.

I’m not certain whatever happen to less expensive canon printers. The quality of this printer is so poor. The flimsy plastic that is used is not the quality they once were. They may print ok, but that is it. The paper feed is inadequate. The viewing box is also. I needed my phone flashlight to see it. Have watched a tutorial and the rep questioned what the designers were thinking in the size of it as well. This is a printer that I’m returning.

Difficult to matain a wifi connection. 90% of time it reports as unavailable. It now resides in the dumpster where it belongs.

It’s just nonsense Junk Waste of my money keeps saying refill paper when there’s paper in it

I own a mx922 for years and finally died This new printer is ok for printing, but is really cheapen up from canon. Truthfully this will be my last canon printer. Do not like that you have to open it up every time you want to use it. Putting photo paper in back of printer,not in a tray like the MX is a very disappointment. Canon ,you really are going down hill!

SAVE YOUR MONEY kept saying something jammed nothing found took back and was told they can’t help me out! Lost $100 bucks!
