This printer is garbage. Less than a year after purchase the printing became horrible quality. Lines are jagged and some areas where there should be print it is missing. The program recommends cleaning and print head alignment. I did both of these and it did not resolve the issue.

This is a very basic, budget-friendly printer/scanner that will frustrate anyone who expects things to happen as quickly and efficiently. Thankfully, our printing needs are minimal, and the scanner works well enough. Annoying that printer must be manually switched on every time, even when connected to wifi. Even more annoying that wifi connex drops so easily. Note to self: You get what you pay for.

Noisier than my old printer and the picture print quality not as fine as my old MG6320. Still acceptable for the price.

I could use the manual, I don’t use it very much & I forget from time to time. It’s very different from my old printer.

Not a good wireless printer. Unsure how it works when attached to a PC but the wireless capabilities are significantly subpar. Prints portions of documents if it prints at all. Couldn’t take it back because the box was thrown away. Total waste!

Skip this one. It is slow copying and has poor contrast in color/quality.

soo far so good.I used the web to set up otherwise it would have been difficult. only time will tell if it holds up.

This is the worst printer I have owned. It only periodically will scan and only then from an app on my computer. It goes in and out on being connected to WiFi. Do not recommend this printer.

Going straight back. Will NOT connect to my wifi, phone or computer at all. "Connection failed". 10 times in a row. Useless

Junky printer jams to easily, and then the paper is way to hard to clear the jam

Had to return. Paper tray would no go in correctly. Paper kept jamming

Canon is good brand Cheap quality plastic materials Screen Litle too small I do recommend it for its price

Worked well for about 3 or 4 months. Now it refuses to connect to the wifi no matter what. Ready toss this hunk of junk out the window!

I purchased this product at the end of November and it stops working in January. I do not need the headache. Wish I never bought it. My brother printer was better. It is also very flimsy and is not made of high quality materials.

Truly disappointed as the wireless went out after the first week. I'm tech savvy and have done every possible troubleshooting procedure. I think Canon is top-drawer for cameras but I'm not inclined to buy another Canon printer. Going to USB print (cable not included) until it runs dry.

I would recommend you look at anything but this printer. It takes forever for it to get ready to accomplish anything. The screen is so small and in a bad place. It is almost impossible to figure out how to get it to print something from a phone or iPad.

Junk all plastic parts , does not work correctly returned

This printer sucks. It’s so slow and it’s constantly “loading” i have to un plug it for it to stop loading.

Literally, it doesn’t work. Spent a few hours now on the phone with tech support and truing to trounble shoot, but it wont connect to the network to use it so its no better than an empty Amazon box. Well… actually, the empty Amazon box is better because at least i know how to recycle it.

Well was nice till it kept saying fill the cartridge and it was filled properly pretty much a good paper weight
