I have been unable to make it work. I was supposed to get instructions on how to set-up. I am hesitant to ever use Rest Buy again.

Writing on screen too small and faint to see easily. And it couldn’t recognize our T-Mobile Wi-Fi so we had to return it

For some reason when printing the paper jams up and doesn't feed all the way through the path. It also takes a long time once you try to print even if the printer has been on for hours.

Error for printing has come up and I have not been able to get any help either with Best Buy nor with Cannon

Had to take it back. The driver would not load down from the interent because it said that it had a virus. Also, when I went to register it, it would not register because it would not recognize the serial number as being one for the United States. Said it was an overseas serial number,

Good inexpensive printer. Took a little effort to figure out the Wireless setup

If I could give it a zero I would. This has to be the absolute slowest printer in the world.

Printer color printing portion failed after 3 weeks. I was allowed to return the printer and purchased another brand!!! 50 words is a ridiculous limitation.

Printer seems to work well. The only downside is that it does not come with a USB cable. So if you live somewhere that is rural that does not have WiFi; keep this in mind.

When printing on glossy paper the black in smears and its too messy.

You get what you pay for. This printer is cheap and slow. Taking back as we speak and getting an HP.

Printer returned. Replaced with HP printer purchased at Best Buy on 08/19/24. I will be happy to review the HP printer if notified.

Prints really slow. Paper tray is small. Continuously gets stuck. Would not recommend.

Complete and utter garbage. I spend more time trying to fix this thing than I do printing on it. It is a nonstop stream of constant error messages. Never buying Canon again.

The box was a little beat up. Its a christs gift for my parents.

Always have problems with papers and stop to work and sometimes stack papers. I don’t recommend it

Nice printer Good for home use. All documentation was online.

Printer works great but wireless set-up is a nightmare. Why must everything be wireless? Sometimes there is nothing like a nice reliable printer cable!
