It's constantly losing my wifi connection, which insn't the end of the world. My problem is once it loses the connection it takes multiple tries and at least 20 minutes to get it to reconnect. Extremely frustrating.

Canon has incorporated a new print Pgm that’s the only was to print. Bad network connection, unable to connect to Mac. The newer Canon are not like the older ones, the newer one is a peace of crap.

Constantly cleans the head and wasting the ink. Plus wasting time i cant print its junky printer

I tried hours and hours for two days and the connection to the devices was not good, it worked only once, then it said it was disconnected, I went and returned it immediately

Took forever to set. Takes forever to use. Asks for all wireless things to be disconnected. Needs access to phone location even though they're on the same wifi network. It makes it easier to just drive to my nearest Staples to print anything. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

This printer is the worst printer I’ve ever used. The app is crap and not user friendly. If I have to print multiple pages it won’t print past page 4. Going to return it.

It broke apart on the second use. Turned it on and it went thru so sort of start up and then broke.

Looked like a great deal at first. Easy to setup, however paper tray is very flimsy and could not print. Jammed every time. Very disappointed, Will have to return.

I hate this printer. It will not stay connected. I hate my old one stopped working. Every time I’m ready to print I have to keep reconnecting the printer. Worst purchase ever.

Avoid this printer at any cost. I'm surprise that Canon would put their name on this unit. As I was trying to pair it with my MAC desktop, the power cord or something else just failed. It gets a zero and will be returned ASAP Laser is the way to go. Inkjet refills are too expensive

The printer shipped quickly from Best Buy. Setup was easy and quick, including the wireless setup. Works great so far. Great printer for home use.

WiFi is spotty at best. I had to go in the other room to 'wake up the printer'! I thought it was a greta deal but was wrong. In the end I returned it and bought the HP Envy like I should of done in the beginning!

Bought a couple months ago. Most of the time, the printer can't be detected on my phone. Also when I am able to actually print something, it doesn't print. Waste of money.

Poece of garbage. Bought in Dec. 2022. First set up mid January. Today Super Bowl Sunday nothing prints properly. Tried every recommended process such as cartridge alignment and cleaning of heads and no improvement. Into the garbage and no longer returnable.

You get what you pay for, major issues with loading the paper.

Best printer was a nightmare. My wife and I spent six hours trying to set it up. It does not work with Apple print as expected. We ended up returning this product.

Had to program printer at least twice before would print

First the bottom tray sticks and there is a top as well . Its takes forever to print. Not happy surprise its canon wont buy again

Have had nothing but trouble with this printer. No more canons for me

The printer is bad the ink runs out quick it’s always saying the printer is offline. I have unplugged 3 times so it can finally print. I don’t recommend anybody to buy this save your money
