The paper feeds from the bottom of the printer. I did not like that. Sometimes I like to use a half sheet of paper to print so I don't waste any paper. You can't do that. I also did not like the extra piece sticking out at the bottom since the paper is there. I ended up taking it back.

easy to set up, makes a nice print. promptly sent. can't ask for much more than that.

I like it once I got it running. There is no installation book with it . You need to scan QR code and I have no capability to do that. It is not very fast and it only holds about 50 sheets of paper in the loading tray but I only print less than 10 pages at a time.

What a great little printer! Not fast, but works very well and does its own updates when needed. The only thing I didn't care for is the tiny tiny screen where I had to enter in my router password (don't ask me why I had to do it this way! ) and it took 5 tries to get the pw in correctly since the screen doesn't allow you to see what you entered after going through a frustrating method of selecting digits/letters/symbols. But, now that it is all set up .. it is great!!!

We have been needing a home printer fir a while now. This is the perfect little printer for the job. Love it

Canon printer "EZ" setups are always, to me, a hoot to see claimed. However, I was on the road and needed an inexpensive All-in-One printer stat. So, be C-A-R-E-F-U-L, and patient, as you go thru the many install steps, and you MIGHT not need to call Canon Support -- in my experience, no Canon printer has been plug-and-play, tho I accept having to login to my local WiFi as a universal installation requirement. Further, I liked the printer's response and quality of output, but my jaw hit the floor to learn each new printer cartridge (this printer has two, Color and B&W) is rated for only __300__ pages before replacement. That's just 60% of a normal 500 sheet pack of paper! The print (in)capacities do not end there. A packaged pair of new XL cartridges for this printer is in the neighborhood of $73! And there's more ... I looked in three widely separated BB stores, larger ones, and none of them had any compatible carts for sale. So, you must plan in advance to pre-order print cartridges ONLINE for the 7020a. I would rate this printer much higher, even recommend it, save for the anemically designed, scarce, and expensive ink cartridges.

Bought this as a backup printer for my college student in case school's printing service is not available. It's not a fast printer nor a sorter but that's expected at this price point. He has issue with connection from his iPhone 13 while his roommate didn't have problem connecting. Took a while to troubleshoot.

Works pretty well so far. Some of the plastic pieces in the feeder feel a little flimsy but it has worked so far. Owned it for about 6 months and no problems. Uses ink fast.

Easy set up and it works. Can also use it with my phone.

Easy to setup, great quality prints, simple and I do not need more for the project.

I love this printer. It’s a very good buy for the price. Ink in my old printer cost more than this new printer.
