Works great so far, prints good pictures for the price

good printer. had a problem with the wireless setup. went back to Best Buy and they gave me a free cable to hard wire it.

I’m returning this printer. The Bluetooth feature doesn’t work properly. 75% of the time it won’t print when I hit the print button. The printer can’t decide if it wants to use tray paper or the back paper. I bought 2. One for Home, and one for the office and they both do the same thing..

Honestly, this printer moves too much when printing. You need to have a big space for the printer not to move too much.

scans well however i was able to get wi fi to the printer but i cant get it from the printer to the lap top so i ant print remotely

i like priter but the set up needs work cause i can't get the scanner set and use so all i have is the printer i have tried several times to get the scanner but nothing worked just the printer

I always loved Canon printers. The printer I was replacing with this one was a Canon PIXMA MG6220 I got in Feb 2013. I got 11 years of great service then suddenly 2 weeks ago it died and I got an error code that told me to contact support for help, but Canon no longer supports that printer. I needed a printer immediately, I'm a retired accountant but still enjoying doing income. taxes for us, our daughters and their families and some friends at no charge just to keep my mind going. I did some searching, saw that BestBuy had these in stock and went out and bought one the next day. It's a Canon and I trusted the brand name but it was an extremely bad decision on my part. I have never, ever, had printing problems like I did with this junk. After downloading the software and finally getting it set up it was very difficult to print. I could print single sheet documents but it would sometimes take a couple of minutes to start and it would not print any mutli-page PDF documents such as a tax return. When I wanted to scan some documents I couldn't find how to do it on the scanner itself, the display screen is horribly small and difficult to read, and the instruction manual I downloaded only included detailed instruction for Mac usage. Totally useless manual. I Googled how to scan on this printer and was amazed to find s that I needed to download an app from Canon to my phone to send commands to the printer. What?!?! Why do I need to do all that nonsense instead of just being able to push a button. As loyal and satisfied as I am on being a Canon customer I find no redeeming qualities for this junk and highly recommend you stay away from it. You will just be causing yourself needless aggravation.
