It Always is needing to take the tray out, adjust paper, turn it off and turn it back on. It has Never been is as easy as just send a document to print and it prints it.

For the money, it works well. The print quality isn't that great for photos and it uses a lot of ink. For documents it works well.

I wish the user's manual was printed instead of available exclusively on line.

Not a good option for a top scanning printer. Everything that is scanned from the top loader has lines through it. The normal scanner one piece at a time scans just fine.

I really enjoy this printer. It connect to the WiFi and any device that’s on my WiFi will pick up the printer making it easy to print material from any device.

Had to purchase a new printer scanner combo unit . This was a great price and it was not on a sale price . Real easy setup ,everything was in the box except the printer cable . The drivers were alreday in my computer and I was off in less than 10 mins .

Good machine though scanning a little more complicated.

I am very happy with the Canon - PIXMA TR7020a Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer- White. Like anything it takes some getting use to with all the options. It works fine and much easier to work with.

Works well, shuts itself off if not used for a period of time which is good. I am happy with it and it was a good price.

Very cheaply made. The paper tray is very flimsy and requires several attempts to push it right so it prints. Printer makes a lot of noise getting ready to print something. Not what I expected from a Canon printer. It's made for a very small amount of printing as the rack only holds about 15-20 pages.

Set up info head to be followed up by video. Once that was done worked fine and devices Wi-Fi worked with the printer

it was hasrd to connect to my computer and now it says it is offline and we have tried and tried but we cant fix it. I bought the geek squad protection but they would only go so far then they want to charge me again. they said I would have to take it into the store and replace it. because that is all the protection plan covers

With only online instructions and no actual manual it was a miserable experience getting it set up, but after much trial and error, I managed it on my own without having to call in a tech. It has done what I need it to do, so far, at least. Not as user friendly as my old HP, but it will do and the price was right. Instructions are vague and hard to understand for someone not very tech savvy.

Worst machine for printing , not friendly . Disconnects multi times . That is why its cheap “ sales and register worker of Bestbuy at Levittown , newyork “ at the time when i wanted to return .manager mr Jerry didnt bother to speak to the customer whom complained and said via staff i m busy at work while he was sitting on his station and watching me leaving . It was 14 days over date but the way of treating customers is very disrespectful and embarrassing.

Cannon is solid. My previous model I ran for 12 years. I just needed to replace to work with newer systems.

Perfect when on but very difficult to get it started.

Not really a expert on printers but does everything I need only criticism I have is it takes a while to cycle up if that's what you call itl
