I’m sorry but this printer is not working and it sucks I cannot get my money back.. not knowing it I had 15 days to return it back.. being an electronic

There has been a bit or a learning curve in operating this printer, but overall, we are satisfied with the purchase. We've had a few little hiccups, hopefully it will be easy operating once we fully understand all the options it offers.

Terrible. It works just ok with regular printer paper but if you try to use photo paper or cardstock it won't pull it out of the tray. Pretty much useless for me. Im returning it.

Perhaps I got a dud but this kept jamming even when I would load page by page. I ultimately returned!

Printer is great for the price. Took to pixma print, and this printer is all setup

Had a PIXMA before. Thought they were not a bad purchase for the money. This one has a super small paper cassette. Has trouble with scanning into pc. It always wants to scan one and import it. Can't get the scan utility to load.

Had this printer for a few months I used it maybe a couple times first time I’m writing a review like this, but it was useless. The feeder never worked was always a problem trying to print one page I ended up tossing it save your money. 

Bought this on sale for 80$ and love it, prints well, easy-to-use to set up .

This printer was not what I expected from a Cannon printer, was not user friendly difficult to set up.

I would if I could change printers. It just doesn't work for my family. I waited too late and the store warranty ran out. Sadly

Horrible. It will boy grab a normal 8x14 paper to print. it Juliet continues to indicates no paper

Great printer. Simple set up and remote connection to computer and phone.

I cannot get it started. Instructions are not clear on how to get it ready to use.

It is a wonderful machine. Works very efficiently. I highly recommend it!

Excellent product. Very easy to setup and copy, print and scan. Nice app.

Bought it three months ago and worked as expected until last Friday. Had to try multiple times to get a document to print. Eventually the first page would print after a couple of paper jams on the bottom. When removing the paper there wasn’t any tension. Subsequently after the first page would print it would either jam in the same place or the printing would start before the paper was in the correct place. I’m guessing the paper feed is not working properly. So much for reliability from Canon.

Its super slow priting and requires to separate comparments that hold paper! Why? So it requires for.you ti have paper in paper tray at the bottom and top .

I have had the printer since almost a month and I have yet to get it to print.

Just opened the Canon printer box and it's not working. Went to the store to change it but I bought it 30 days ago. Bob from Greek Squad kindly tried to fix it. No success. Piece of junk.

Prints ok, not very easy to use! Purchased this model to print off wedding invites and envelopes but extremely difficult to change the settings, especially envelopes!
