Difficulty connecting to my phone. It would not connect to my android phone. The back paper tray kept saying it was not connected even when it was. Bottom tray was an awkward fit.

Won't connect to a 5GHz router! It is not a duel band printer. Only 3GHz. I exchanged mine for the TS7720 model and connected to my home network with no issues.

It’s just nonsense Junk Waste of my money keeps saying refill paper when there’s paper in it

I hate that the power cord falls out if you move it slightly and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Does not easily connect to Chromebook. I’ve had this printer for a month and it still isn’t connected to my computer

I own a mx922 for years and finally died This new printer is ok for printing, but is really cheapen up from canon. Truthfully this will be my last canon printer. Do not like that you have to open it up every time you want to use it. Putting photo paper in back of printer,not in a tray like the MX is a very disappointment. Canon ,you really are going down hill!

Hard to install. Forgets my WIFI code. No USB wire. And when i bought a USB wire, difficult to install. I am miserable over this printer. Will buy another printer today.

The printer automatically shut off which meant that every time I wanted to print something I needed to go into another room to turn it on, then go to the computer to press print and then go back to the printer to get my document. Also, after turning the printer on it seemed to take a long time for it to warm up and to then get the paper into position to print. I just returned it to Best Buy and will invest in a better printer. Guess you get what you pay for.

Does not work well. Very difficult to set up. There were no printed instructions, instead you have to either download an app or go on the website. The WIFI printing doesn't work. Meanwhile I bought I cheapo HP for my mother and it was easy to set up from the box and good to go in 5 min.

A good but basic printer, scanner and copier. I just set it up and so far I’m pleased with it.

Worst purchase EVER! The setup is ridiculous, still can't stay connected to WiFi, issues with even a basic copy and can't get ANY assistance from Best Buy 800 service which routes you overseas now. Last purchase from Canon and Best Buy. I'll take my money elsewhere where customer service still exists.

Paper gets struck not user friendly . I would not recommend this product ever to buy

Great printer, one little item needs to be addressed, a cord for printer, i know it is wireless but try to connect, won't happen

I returned this printer I couldn’t get it to print properly. The quality was poor as well.

Printer only prints if you download an app, that costs money. Then printed extremely slow. Returned!

Going straight back. Will NOT connect to my wifi, phone or computer at all. "Connection failed". 10 times in a row. Useless

It worked great for the first few months then it just wouldn’t connect to the printer for no reason at all.

Horrible print quality for any scanned documents. Tried with best resolution and all possible settings. Waste of money.

Not a good wireless printer. Unsure how it works when attached to a PC but the wireless capabilities are significantly subpar. Prints portions of documents if it prints at all. Couldn’t take it back because the box was thrown away. Total waste!
