Solid printer. Bought an HP but it was nothing but problems. Should have stuck to cannon from the start.

If you are looking for a printer that prints pictures, this is the one for you. It is not picture developing, high quality prints, but if you love to update your photos in your picture frames often, like I do, then this is a nice easy way to print nice, bright colored photos. I remember when printing photos from your phone did not produce nice quality photos, but those days are long gone. I can now take a million pictures on my phone and print them from home so I can do my scrapbooks or switch out old photos with updated photos for my picture frames. I can also print nice colored photos for gifts too! This is a really great printer for pictures and for documents. Canon is known for picture prints and I am impressed at how nice and clear my photos come out. I had a pretty decent do it all printer that I would print my photos from, but the quality in my pictures on this printer are pretty good. I dont ever have to develop pictures from an actual store or online to be delivered. Sometimes the upload process to those websites are a little too much. The set-up was easy and the connection to the internet was fast. I waited for the alignment and that was that. I love that you can print directly from the app so pictures don't have to be saved to a computer to print. I can print directly in my phone. You can also download a separate app to edit your photos and print several photos on one letter sized photo paper. The paper insert at the top of the printer comes out easily and stores away easily. The only thing that was weird was the bottom paper tray sometimes does not go in easily. You have to push it in really hard for it to align properly for the printer to recognize that the paper tray is already in. Not really a big deal, but just a heads up. It may also just be my particular printer, so there's that. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this esp for photo printing.

This printer was horrible. Very cheaply made and fresh out of the box the lower paper feed didn’t work.

Only prints outline of fonts. Not even the Geek Squad were able to see what was wrong with it.

The printer is damaged. I would like a refund. This was a great waste of money. All i wanted was printer to use and easy to connect and no. The printer is blinking saying theres something wrong.

Hardest set up printer i ever had in my entire life. Not again. The first paper took about 12 mins to print. I have never seen a printer that take entire time to print. Not again

Love the printer it has been problem free since purchased. And it was very easy to install.

Perhaps the worst printer I’ve ever owned. Takes several minutes to print in black and white. Forget color. Throwing it away

Worst printer. Can’t get it to print from my iPhone. Very frustrating, no manual comes with. Good luck if you get one!

I am totally dissatisfied with my new printer, as tge Geek Squad installer refused to spend any time explaining anything about my new printer to me.

Expensive and only last like 2 months i tried to do what it says in canon website and youtube videos but nah didn't worked.

Printer started printing wavy lines instead of straight and blurry words. Best Buy only offers a 15 day return window so I had to do an exchange with the manufacturer.

Piece of junk. Died after less than 2 months. Canon so-called customer service was useless.

Dont do it. Would not scan for nothing. And now wont print. I only had it for a little over 3 weeks. Worst purchase yet.

Nice quality printing for basic work and home needs. Plenty of paper storage.

Paper keeps jamming but the next price up it's a lot better
