Setup was ok (not super easy, but I could figure it out). The desktop app is not very easy to navigate. It took me forever to find where to see the job lists (so I could cancel the errored print jobs). I've only printed about 10 pages. No problem yet, but I noticed that the ink levels go down quite fast. I read other reviews about printer head clog, but it hasn't been long since my purchase so I don't know. Propably will update later. I do think it's a bit overpriced.

This is a great family printer that has a lot of flexibility and prints faster than previous PIXMA printers I've owned. The provided ink cartridges go fast if you're doing bulk printing (we are teachers who print lots of classroom materials in my household). This can be remedied by getting the XL cartridges as replacements. I like that the printer has multiple paper trays, and the scanning functions are easy to use. Overall, a great printer that's a steal for its price point.

So far I have had good luck with the printer. The only trouble I had was trying to print on cardstock and it jammed. Finally got it to go through. Still learning all the functions.

Good printer but set up the wifi 3 times and worked for that day then disconected, I ended up getting a usb cable and connecting to tower. No issues now.

Bought this for my Mom as a Mother's Day gift and she loves it so far. It's easy to use and the setup was also a breeze! Perfect for a home office printer.

Easy set-up, easy to use, I mostly copy and print letter size and it's perfect for my needs, at a reasonable price.

may be a good feature but it is not a convenient one for me. Unit continually goes off line so have to wake it up to print

Versatile, easy to use, and prints reasonably fast. Print quality is excellent.

Easy to install on phone and computers. Works well printing wirelessly. Printing is clear and crisp, images are very good also. Tends to use a lot of ink, need to figure out if there is an ink saver option. Not sure about using the printer ink program they offer. Printer ink is a bit on the expensive side.

This printer replaced a 15-year old Canon Pixma. It is fast and the print quality is excellent. So far it has used very little ink despite my creating cards for various family occasions. The scan quality is good, and I like that it has two paper sources as well as an ADF function. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. Oh, and the footprint fits very nicely on my desktop.

It works like it's supposed to. Print quality is great in color and black and white. I had a little trouble with scanning, but a quick call to tech support took care of the problem. Tech support was very good and easy to understand.
