Got this printer for the kids. They love it. Seems to work as advertised

Ease of setting up was awesome for me. Printer has been great.

I recently moved to a home office and the ease of use has been fantastic.

I had to get help to get it hooked up. But it is working okay.

This printer allows you to print double sided and also prints really great photos.

Set up was more involved than my HP. I have a brand new MAC and it often takes time or turning off & on again for my computer & printer to recognize each other.

Easy set up and prints just fine. But it will not scan properly over wifi or with usb.

Great Printer, Scanner works great also. Does not use a lot of ink.

My HP printer died after 13 mo. of used and HP wanted to sell me a Print head for $125 to self repair of a $75 printer. So I decided to trash it and shopped for a new printer. It seems like this Canon model would be a good choice but it was not! The wireless connection keep dropping although it is only 3 ft. away from the WIFI Router. I promptly returned and exchanged for an Epson WF-3720 printer and I am very pleased with its performance.

Having to keep the flap up so you don’t miss a fax or print wasn’t ideal, my wife wasn’t to impressed inc isn’t to cheap and seems like we went through it fast

Little hard to navigate at first but now it's all good.

The auto page feeder constantly twists pages as they're being pulled into the scanner. When that happens, you get an error message and it aborts the scanning. The most I've been able to scan are 2 pages in a row. Also, if your default print setting is to use both sides of the blank print paper, and the item you're printing is an odd number of pages, it still tries to print a blank even numbered page, which wastes a lot of time. Printing on 2 sides takes about 3-4 times longer than printing the same number of one-sided pages. That should be a simple software fix, since it knows how many pages are going to be printed. This is a piece of junk. If I still had the box it came in, I'd return it. Disappointing because I've had good results with other Canon 4-in-1 printers.

It’s a very good printer and does what I need to do and I wouldn’t recommend it

Printer works well so far. Initial toner not changed after lots of prints
