I think this is a good printer. My problem with it is they start telling you it is out of ink far from when it is actually about out. The printer started saying it was out of ink probably 100 pages ago. It quit printing at one time ant then decided to print some more. So, Canon is trying to rip its customers off. The other problem is the paper is not visible and I have no idea when it is going to run out of paper. I just wish Canon cared about their customers. I have had the printer now for about 10 months.

I've seen in the past that these aren't the most reliable printers but it was a good deal so I hoped for the best. It would not stay connected even if it was awake so I could rarely get it to print. I finally bought a USB cable, which defeats the purpose of wireless and it would take to or 3 minutes to think and print one page. Thank goodness for the replacement plan so could get a different printer that actually works properly.

This is a great machine for beginners and personal use.

Set up seemed a little tricky but once we got it going it worked well.

This all in one printer has advanced capabilities. Great resolution!

The best thing I can say about Best Buy and this printer is that the return process was painless and efficient, although I had to return it to a store which is exactly what I had tried to avoid by buying on line. The printer had clearly been sold previously and returned then re-boxed and shipped to me. There was a cable missing, the ink cartridges had already been installed and the user manual had written notes on it, but the worst part was that the printer did not work, not even a test page. I have bought products from Best Buy many times before so I consider this to be an aberration, but I couldn't even exchange it as the stock of printers was so low. Still as I said the return process was simple and straightforward,

won't print some commands!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, pull out panel to turn on and the devise to catch paper as printed is all so cumbersome!!!!!!!!!!!!
