    Paper tray very flimsy, difficult to get in and out with printed paper guides right above and printer controls required to be pulled out to operate.

    The printer is nice and well designed, however it will not print as any print job says off line. Spent 6 hours with Cannon support and we finally got it to print for a day by doing the re-install with the enclosed CD and limited features. Did an upgrade of the Drivers; failed and then we back to not printing. Uninstalled all software and after a reboot, reinstalled basic software. You guessed it; say printer off line. Gave up and returned and purchase a different brand.

    I want to love this printer but it is too hard to pair and use with Wifi. Bluetooth doesn’t work constantly which makes it frustrating
