This printer loses connection with my computer EVERY time I need to print. It's always shown as offline and the only way to restore the connection is to reinstall the software. It's a mess. It prints once and then, boom, offline again. I've tried everything that's been recommended, including making sure the "print offline" box isn't checked. Also, we'll send something to print and nothing happens. Then days later the printer suddenly will start spitting out documents. Canon must have known what a wreck of a machine this is before they foisted it upon unsuspecting buyers. Do not buy this printer unless you want a host of problems.

So far, crappy clarity on photo pics. I am going to call Canon and see what they say.

For a $100 bucks it’s okay. The wifi function died after about 9 months. Had to drag out the old usb cable.

Disappointed on photo results which supposedly is its strengths. Also uses up in cartridges much too quickly.

We have exchanged twice. It doesn’t seem to handle double sided printing well. Was told not made well anymore.

It’s loud, and there is no tray for the printed paper, just a arm. The printed pages fall on the floor.

After owning this printer for 8 months the wireless connection does not work very well. Signal strength shows 80% but often when printing or scanning the Printer is not found. Converted to USB but not the reason I bought a wireless printer. As owner of other Canon printers, this is by far the worse and cheapest made. Best Buy was of no help in resolving the issue.

Noisy when printing, cover for loading paper easily falls off and remove, faxing is not easy.

It works fine and at $100, I can't complain too much. However, it chews throuth ink really quickly.

Its ok, does what I want it to do, nothing fancy. Seems to use ink fast.

Printer works ok. Not as easy to scan as I had hoped. Does not hold a lot of paper.

Its lightweight but I don't like it much its hard to connect to the wifi

It's okay for minimal use, but I wouldn't recommend it for a small office setting.

Overall good quality. Open box quality not good however

I don't have any/enough space to set it up. Waiting to start school in fall.

Ok printer, but had multiple connectivity issues and the black ink ran out really fast.

prints OK, but not happy with the paper tray, and how the paper comes out of the printer.

Decent lower for printer. Instructions not easy to understand for the paper tray cartridge

The printing quality is great. Establishing a connection to wifi/computer is difficult once it's connected you think you are all set, but the next time you use it you have to re-establish the connection which is a lengthy process, especially if you're in a hurry to print a picture or print something from the computer.

After a little over a year the printer does not print. I have tried everything to make it work but it does not. I have used Canon printers in the past and they worked well. Also this printer has many paper jams. I would not recommend this printer unless you only need it for a year.
