Paper tray easily falls out and does not hold much paper. If you want to use it to scan a document you have to go in and change settings on the computer, if you want to print you have to again make changes to it. Not worth the price

Canon used to make quality products, but I guess things have changed. After a year and a half of very light usage, this printer died suddenly. I will not buy another Canon product any time soon.

Difficult to connect. Paper loader extremely sensitive. I have to reload paper every time I print or it tells me that it’s not loaded correctly. The time it takes to print is double the time it should. Planning on trying to rerun this printer.

This printer fatally malfunctioned after only 3 months of use. Attempts to reach Canon tech support meant a 50-minute hold time just to find out where to take it for repairs. Forget it. My time is worth far more than that. Never again.

Can't get anyone from Bestbuy to help. Easy replenish does not work. Best Buy says I need to complete registration at Canon and Canon says it's registered. Been on hold for 40 minutes, chat will not help, don't purchase!

I have had all kinds of problems setting it up and then, I finally got it set up and now it is not working again. I am going to have to go through the same process again. I would just return it but my time has lapsed on returning it !!

Canon should have a better web site for the drive file download. Most of the sites google sends to you are scams that give you phony error codes and want hundreds of dollars to fix the problem and install the drivesrs.

I can't get over the poor quality of this product and it's performance. I've only used it a few times and get frustrated with the cord coming loose, paper jams, amount of paper you can put in tray.

Very disappointed. Cheaply made. Noisy. Difficult to clear paper jams. Holds very little paper. Would not buy another one like this model.

Would lock up on every print job and then completely stopped working after 2 months. Tried to fix by uninstalling and reinstalling the print driver and still won't work. Big waste of money.

Do not waste your money. I have had Cannon printers in the past that have lasted me for years, but this printer not even 6 months. It also feels cheap. Do not waste your money

This unit has different issues each time I use it. I spend more time turning it off... turning it on.. and trying to get something printed. I had HP printers for years....going back to one soon...

I have had a lot of Cannon printers over the years. I bought this one because I still have a lot of Cannon ink. However, the quality was so poor that I had to return it.

Printer kept stating off line. 4 separate calls on 4 different days to 4 different techs fixed problem until I shut my computer down. Returned printer and bought Eason which is working beautifully.

This is the worst printer I ever owned. It runs out of ink fast and every time I use, there is a paper jam. Because of these problems, I will never buy a Canon printer again.

Absolutely terrible. Constantly drops off the internet and scanning is a nightmare. Half the time my laptop can’t find it and I sincerely wish I had never found it.

The Geek told me I needed a new printer. So I bought one. I didn't need a new printer. The new one doesn't work either so now I'm out $106 and still can't print. YOU OWE ME $106.

Had issues connecting and reconnecting my printer. Prints lines and tried everything to fix it.

This is our first Canon printer. The setup was fairly easy - any hiccups that I encountered were due to user error and not reading directions thoroughly. The phone app that is used to print directly to the printer if very handy and the photo quality was quite good. The wireless connection has worked flawlessly since it was setup. The touch screen was user friendly and responsive, but it can fold down if you press the screen too firmly. I also like the fact that the printer is fairly compact and takes up minimal space which is great for my office at home. The paper tray seems to hold somewhere around 50 pages. This is certainly functional, but anyone looking to do significant printing will need to refill the tray often. The scanner quality seems pretty good, but we don't usually do a whole lot of scanning.

Canon doesn’t have drivers for Apple computers, also Apple doesn’t have drivers either ,that makes this printer useless and can’t be return it for exchange or refund.
