Easy setup and just as easy to use. Love being able to print wirelessly from my phone, tablet or computer

This Pixma TR 8620 is very easy to set up and prints well. This is our 5th TR printer, starting with the TR8500. We have two homes, so we always have at least two of these at any one time. I guess our only negative is their durability. It seems like we are replacing it in 2 1/2 or 3 years or so, for one reason or another (not always the same problem). We like to keep the same model in order to continue using our supply of ink replacement cartridges. We usually buy this model at the current "sale" price, so it does represent a very good value, even if we do purchase one more often than we like.

The paper tray is a little hard to access, but I really love this printer otherwise. It prints quickly, unlike my other printer.

Perfet size, easy to setup, easy to use. Quick printing, perfect for hone and/or office.

Great quality printer and scanner. Fits my needs perfectly w/o unnecessary bells and whistles which I do not use. Easy set up for wireless printing from laptop or phone. The only issue I have is the cost of Cannon ink cartidges. But many alternatives at lower cost are available on line and w/o suffering any quality degradation. Cannon needs to step up to the plate on the cost of its cartridges.

This updated version works more seamlessly than the previous model. I always enjoy using Canon products!

Easy setup and compatible with my Lenovo LOQ laptop. I highly recommend this printer.

Overall a great printer for the price. It’s not difficult to set up or maintain. Only thing is the paper trays are really flimsy and disconnect very easily. I ended up just keeping them off.

I had one from this family for 7 years, it served me exceptional. That's the reason I bought the TR8620a.

Replacement color printer for 6 year old Canon printer that died. Very easy to setup, connect to Wi-Fi, and start printing. Printed a photo on photo paper and it looks like it came from a photo lab. Only issue is the ink cartridges from the old printer can't be used on the new printer.

Great so far. All functions especially printing from phone are great.

Very easy to set up and use. I don't know if I'll ever bother to figure out how to use the fax function, but printing/scanning/copying seemed intuitive and quality seems good.

I am satisfied with my new Canon. It is working well and does what I expected it do. It is very easy to perform all the functions of a printer. Worth its money. I will encourage anyone to buy this printer.

I purchased this printer in December 2024. I've contacted Tech Support more times than I can recall. I do not use it often but when I do, most of the time, I get a print error code. Tech Support is only available on the weekdays and only until 6pm. Not convenient for those who work. It just took about 30 minutes to print a 2-page document. 10 pages came out. Most of them are half of one of the pages and the rest are blank pages. It seems to know it did not complete the print job and makes another attempt. Now, I'm getting print error code 6004. On the flip-side, the scanner seems to be okay, and I like the fact that I can insert a memory card. Looks like I may have to go back to HP.

Love this printer! Very easy to set up and print with. I searched for someone simplistic and that prints well. I highly recommend. Used it several times with no issues. Don't waste your time on something else.

Previous printer was a Canon Pixma, so naturally being satisfied I purchased a newer Canon Pixma printer!
