The new printer works as it should. The set-up was not a problem. I bought a new computer and needed to upgrade regarding a printer. My old printer worked just fine, and the quality of the old printer is far superior to the new one in terms of materials. The computer is very light, the plastic used for the body seems cheap, and I not sure how long it will last. Shame on Canon for cutting corners and producing sub-quality electronics.

Works as advertised. A little more light-duty than the MX922 I'm replacing but seems to be working fine after month+ into using everyday. Have not had to replace ink yet so can't comment on how long it lasts/replacement costs. Overall, happy with purchase.

This printer prints well, but paper jams nearly every other job and has to be cleared.

Prints ok if you're not in a hurry. Paper capacity is not great. Feels cheaply made. But, not too expensive and it does have auto 2-sided printing. You get what you pay for.

Good printer. Does what I need it to do. The only issue it has auto sleep. So, I have to go hit the power button to wake it up when I want to print. Otherwise, AirPrint says it can’t find the printer.

This was the most frustrating printer I have ever set up. No clear directions and only after researching for a while I found out that they didn't have the driver I needed for the operating system of my laptop. This laptop is only one year old. Their website stated they were aware of the issue. I returned it and thanks to Best Buy they were great in returning and assisting in finding me a different model.
