Solid little printer, we were replacing a 6 year old cannon that had served us well. Print quality is good, speed about the same as the old one. Overall vary happy with it thus far. Adding to the network and finding with pc or smartphone was very easy.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Bought an HD at first, spent 2 hrs trying to get it set up got so frustrated, I took it back and bought the Canon. My sister needed a new printer she was so pleased with this one that she bought one too.

Easy to use with my old desktop computer. However, it seems to require Canon brand only replacement inkjet cartridges

Overall, I like this printer. Small footprint and crisp prints. Some parts seem a bit flimsy and scan to PC takes getting used to. But good value for money - so I do recommend.

After a mixup on Geek Squad appointments, we finally got all systems working. I am very pleased with the printer and print quality. The printer and ink is a little more expensive than our previous (Canon 922) but it will be worth it if it lasts for a while.

Easy to set up and connect to various laptops. Also like the extended warranty and auto order new ink when levels get low. Settings for copies and printing are well marked and readily accessed. A good value.

Scans faster than the Epson it replaced it but it does print slower and the paper tray is smaller. The touch screen in front must be lifted for printing to occur which is an odd place to have a touch screen which can close back up when you touch it.

Super quick in-store pick up. This was the perfect printer for my needs. Setup was easy!

It was time for a change of scenery with an all-in-one and I chose this one based on ratings and price. So far it has been a plug-it-in-and-go experience. Time will tell...

Works well. Does what we need it to do. Only negative is finding the paper tray…a little too well hidden.

prints very nice pictures in black and white or color and is free to download from the Canon site for free software to do awesome things with pictures it's great for air print and cable. prints fast enough and also scans for email or storage.

I actually love canon printers and especially their product support BUT I usually just print in black, rarely use color, but the ink cartridges still go down (maybe evaporation?) and need replacing. As with all ink cartridges they are expensive. THE WORST THING is, when a color cartridge needs replacing, even though I just want to print in black and have plenty of black ink in the black cartridge, the printer is disabled and won't print until you replace the color cartridge. Very irritating and inconvenient!

Overall a good printer, Good print quality, decent speed, some flaws - like you have to keep the front open to print. Prior canon printers were easier to use ..

Excellent copier/scanner for the price. The only cons I found in using it. That it does not hold a lot of paper.

The sales girl was one of the best! She didn’t have it on stock at the Katy- store off I10 but checked the one on Bunker Hill location and they had it. We bought it through her and went and picked it up with ease !!

So far so good! My only caveat is that this printer goes through the color inks quickly so I've resorted to printing most documents in black and white.

I had some minor issue printing from computer but tech support handled that for me. GREAT SUPPORT. IT DOES WAKE UP & PRINT. Someone reviewed & said it doesn't. It does what its supposed to do & is very quiet
