I was told it was still under warranty and that I could pick/take another printer. I chose to take the same one and am very happy with it.

No manual

This is petty but this printer shuts itself off after a while. We live in a 3 story house. We left the old printer on so that we could print at any time from any floor. The other minor issue is the manual. It doesn’t really come with one and the online one is not great.
