Printer more than meets our needs. Quality of print is outstanding. Also the printer has a sleep mode and comes out of sleep when assigned a print/fax/copy task.

This printer is not as high quality as my previous Canon printer that was almost 10 years old. The print outs and not great for photo prints or presentation handouts. The paper trays are flemsy and gets in the way of the control panel that has to be tilted every time the paper is changed or something is printing. Very disappointed.

I am extremely unhappy with this product. It is six weeks old and I've had nothing but trouble with it. No, that's not right...it works fifty percent of the time! I keep getting various error messages almost every time I use it. The Canon website says the solution is to turn off the machine and turn it back on. If that doesn't work, which it doesn't, they say it "needs service." I'm sorry, I don't think a machine that's six weeks old should need service. I've bought my last Canon product.

Amazing speed and color for printing all of our need including everything from home work to family photos.

Compact printer. Makes good copies. I can sit @ my tablet in one room, hit print and it prints @ the machine in another room.

This printer is similar to the one I used to have making it easy to learn how to operate. It does all the operations that I use a printer for.

The one I ordered was broken when it was delivered, I brought it to the store and they make it very easy to return the printer

My old PIXMA died after 3 years, so I had to replace it. I wish someone had told me that this new PIXMA does not use the same ink cartridges (even tho they physically fit in the printer slots). Now I have $120 worth of cartridges I can't use, for a printer I only paid $160 for. Does Canon do this just to make more money on ink cartridges?

Easy setup and interface across multiple devices. Everything that I have come to expect from Canon products.

This printer is just the right size for me and I love the easy printing it does. It fits on top of my filing cabinet.
