    i had trouble with the exact same printer and asked if the Geek Squad could fix it. I was told it was still under warranty and that I could pick/take another printer. I chose to take the same one and am very happy with it.

    I'm having a tough time getting used to it. If I use the back paper feed for a photo perhaps, I can't get it to go back to using the front feed for regular stuff. Oh my old Canon was so much easier!!!
