Good printer. I like the individual ink cartridges design. Almost laser printer quality. Display seems to give a bit and starts to fold down due to finger pressure as you use the touch screen.

This printer is not as high quality as my previous Canon printer that was almost 10 years old. The print outs and not great for photo prints or presentation handouts. The paper trays are flemsy and gets in the way of the control panel that has to be tilted every time the paper is changed or something is printing. Very disappointed.

I really should own stock in Canon. I think I have ever only bought 2-3 printers since around 1980 which were not Canon. Always dependable and the TR8620a my latest purchase was the easiest one by far to hook up. Less than 5 minutes and I was printing my test page. My middle name should be Canon.

Great Printer for a fair price. I waited almost a year for 'shipping' to catch up to what I wanted. I print a lot of colour & want separate cartridges so to Not waste ink & money. This one does almost as good as my old printer. My only issue is it has to be on before you send any projects to it.

Fast/Good quality printer. Nice size for all features/sleek design. Not a fan of how you have to reload the paper but other than that I Highly recommend it.

Pays for itself over short period of time; have had to fax numerous times but didn’t have to leave the house or seek out a working fax elsewhere. Handy

This is an easy printer to use. Only thing I don't like is that the front has to be open to work. Just something else to bump/hit while working around my small office.

I never did get to the point that I could print from my computer. I could ping the printer, so I know it was there. Printer showed up in Device list and all, but would tell me it couldn't communicate with it. I did click on print a test page and 10 minutes later it printed. Still, nothing else from computer to printer. I wanted to see how the print was, so decided to just do a copy and print. I used a Medical Blood test result. I use my copier and printer for lots of my wife's medical records. The copy was very crisp and letters and numbers were perfect. Problem was that various test results have light shading behind them to show out of range values, but the copy didn't show any sign of those colors at all. Yes, I did use color copy as there was a logo that printed in color just fine. Don't really know if this is a scanner issue, or a print issue, but is totally unacceptable for my use. I thought about trying a picture, but didn't even want to do that as copying paper records is my main focus. The printer is made of very flimsy plastic as compared to my old Canon MX922. I am even contemplating just finding a place to fix my MX922 instead of buying another printer. Quality of new products sure has gone down hill over the years.

Excellent printer for small home office use, occasional printing. Very easy initial setup, network connection and test printing. Don't have the need for the tank based printers which are considerably more $$$.

Excellent Printer Easy to set up and use. My last printer the HP Envy was the worst I ever bought. And Best Buy took it back so I could buy the Canon

Great printer. Replacing MG922 that quit after 5 years. Very easy set up including automatically connecting to my home router and wifi hookup. Color is also excellent on glossy photo paper -- similar to 922. Five ink tanks are much better than the two tank versions.

It was time for a change of scenery with an all-in-one and I chose this one based on ratings and price. So far it has been a plug-it-in-and-go experience. Time will tell...

Easy to set up and connect to various laptops. Also like the extended warranty and auto order new ink when levels get low. Settings for copies and printing are well marked and readily accessed. A good value.

Canon printer works good, the paper guide/holder that holds the printed copy as it comes out is about 2 inches wide and is very flimsy and cheaply made. At least it could be made as wide as the paper tray, what would it cost maybe .25 cents more for the additional plastic. Overall for my use it does the job.
