    This is a great printer and I would give it a 5 star but I think that the app needs upgraded. You have to go to the Microsoft store to download the app on the computer and I haven't been able to create a shortcut for the icon. I hat that. Plus I am not able to get the printer to operate just using the USB Cable from printer to computer.

    So far we love the new printer. One thing that is different from past printers-it doesn’t just go to sleep between uses but completely shuts off. The ink is also reasonably priced
