Does it all, and fast. Wish they would send the ink cartridge that you buy off shelf which has more ink. Did have a little issue figuring where paper tray goes-no problem

I replaced a Canon Pixma 980 with this this unit. I feel Canon is the finest copier you can purchase. I had no failures with the 980 over 12 years and believe should be the equivalent.

So Far it works great and does all that I ask of it. One thing I did notice though, was that it seems to use more ink than my previous Canon. if true it is a minor issue I can live with

Not the best user friendly printer. I was able to set it up easy enough, but actually using it is another stoy in its own. Very finicky and slow. Sometimes i have to go through way to many steps to print something off my ipad. Maybe if it had a wired connection it would be better. Dont think i would purchase this one again

I had to go on you Tube to find out how to set this printer up. The printer has so many hidden compartments. The side cassette copier does not work at all. Also the scanner does not work, but it does fax. Although, I may have to make several tries to send a fax.

I *hate* it. I bought this because I previously had a canon. This is junk. It's not like my other printer which offers wifi printing via airprint. Instead it requires you to download a special app to your device, only convenient if you need to print loads of photos from your phone but if you have a quick item you need printed from an email attachment or website? You cannot do it because thats not how the app functions. More importantly though, the printer will be visible on my laptop or phone - until I try and print it says "searching"... Today I printed a document from my laptop perfectly fine, and ten minutes later attempted to print another document of the same format and suddenly the wheel just keeps spinning and spinning, but the printer isn't getting the info. I turned off the printer and turn it back on, suddenly it can print the document! So, if you love sitting right next to your printer turning it off and on between every document, and never being able to easily print off your phone or tablet unless its a 4x6 photo you upload to the app... then this is the headache for you!! Incredibly disappointed that I didn't use it more before the return period expired, I would send this back in a heartbeat, instead it looks like its getting shipped to the landfill.

I replaced this Canon with another, and so far it is okay, I still like my old one instead, mainly because the old one was much more straightforward.

I was in need of a printer that was easy to connect to Wi-Fi and this did the job. So easy to connect and it does a good job with printing and the price was right.

This is a very good all-in-one printer. The only thing missing, as with many products these days, is a printed manual. Otherwise, this is recommended.

    A lesson in frustration

I’m waiting for the 4th of July to cover up melting this thing in the driveway. Absolutely the worst excuse for a printer I’ve ever had the misfortune of owning. I regularly need to print 12 two sided copies of a lesson and I have to do it in segments. It won’t or can’t remember that many pages at a time. So, its pages range 9-12, 5-8, 1-4. It usually goes smoothly until 1-4. Today it took five times to get this set. Always side 1 complete, side two partial page. No error codes, nothing. Just sits there ready to NOT completely print some more pages. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this printer, not even to the people who cut me off in traffic. I would add a picture but I’d rather do that after the melting process is completed.
