Not bad, but would prefer not to have to raise the front panel in order to print

Horribly designed printer. Every time it is turned on, it has an error message that something is open when it isn't. The error message goes away after the first print but is still annoying it causes a delay. It's a SW flaw. Additionally, we only print business documents in black. We have no need for color. However, to only print in black you must buy 2 different black cartridges, and 3 color cartridges (5 various ink cartidges) which are all used together to print black. So essentially they designed this to use lots and lots of ink unnecessarily and cause a lot of waste for the landfill. The ink goes really quickly for the quantity printed. If you have one ink cartidge that ran out like pink, but are still printing in black, it won't print regardless. We loved our old canon printer where the black ink would last 4 times longer and only needed one black cartridge.

Works great. Just had to modify the setting so when it sits for awhile to save energy, it doesn't automatically power up and print.

Use two of these for my home business. Easily connects wirelessly to my PC’s and print quality is amazing.

Once I got it connected to the internet it is fine but don't like the exit tray. needs to be wider

We really like the printer and have used it quite a bit with no problems.

This Canon printer/copier was purchased because I kept having problems with my HP. The set up was pretty easy for me and it seems to be working well. If not, I have my 4 yr Geek Squad help to save the day. I like the fact that this printer can be set up wirelessly or hard-wired. So even if my wifi goes out, I can still print. Thanks, Canon!

Buyers instruction guide / set up / worst I have ever seen and really sucks

Set up was not as easy as some said. Otherwise, it has been a very good buy. Completely happy. It doesn't seem to use a lot of ink either.

I am somewhat disappointed. If doesn't feel "sturdy", like it isn't going to last very long. Also, after I print something, there is a pause then sounds like something else is printing, but there is nothing there. A bit annoying. I will probably get used to the differences.

The printer cost almost $200 but everything about it felt cheap. For a $200 multifunction device, duplex scanner should be a standard, nope gotta scan the first side then rotate the document and feed it back through . The color photo print cam rout ok, so i gave it atleast a three star.

Good printer and at a reasonable price but does seem to use ink pretty quickly,
