The plug falls out often, the instructions aren't that great. There's one piece I can't replace on the front. Not the best .

This is the 2nd Hp printer we have had the last one lasted for 10 years. Love the updates on this new one wouldn’t buy another brand. Hp keep up with the good work.

This is by far the worst printer I had the misfortune of buying. It's super slow, it makes a million noises for a good 30-40 seconds before it decides to print, if it prints at all because it's constantly giving paper feeding errors, ink doesn't last and in case I forgot, it's very very slow. I used Brother printers for years before buying this thing but I guess back to Brother or HP because I don't think I'll buy another Canon printer. I have not clue why this has so many good reviews.

Very pleased with purchase will definitely consider Canon with regards to future purchases.

This model lasted less than 2 years, and it was difficult to set up the wifi connection with my computer AND wouldn't consistently connect after that. I often had to restart my computer to aid the connection. But the worst part was that it just died after 21 months, apparently a bad chip.

Does what it claims- not real fast, but was not purchased for speed.

Not as fast as my old MX922, but a jolly good printer none-the-less.

Printer/ Scanner works well but setup is more complicated than it needs to be. You must download drivers separately for each function.

I like this products but its seems big i run to purchase it to day i hope!

I just purchased only 3 hours ago printing slow and did not complete print 3 times 4th time it did complete print job I thought I go with the cheaper cannon but a little sceptical for now

Less than one year from purchase, the printer warns that ink is empty when it clearly is not. I print something once every 3 months. There is no way the tanks are empty unless it's leaking. I don't think I'll buy another Canon when this one is done.

I converted this printer with edible ink. I love it. Prints really well.

I copy and print only text. When one of the color cartridges goes out, I have to purchase another in order to print text. THAT'S CRAZY! I should be able to override that function that doesn't allow me to print when one color cartridge - that I don't need - is out!!!!!

It's very slow and makes creaking sounds when it's preparing to make a copy.

Maybe more of a Canon thing vs this printer? Had a terrible time setting this printer up on both my and my wife's devices (wifi setups). We recently got the same printer at our other home and had similar challenges..it wasn't an anomaly. Once set up it works very well (or I would give one star). Fix setup and I'd give it 4-5.

I do not trust canon there printers loose wifi connection all the time if u want best printer go for brother laser printers or hp printers
