    Took a long time to figure out how to get the driver from the CD ROM to load properly. Also, the paper stack gauge is never mentioned in the instructions and I had to figure it out as well. Printer works fine now that I've figured it out.

    A little noisy, but for what I use it for it's just fine. It replaced my 10-year-old+ Canon Ip2700.

    So far so good. Make sure you have the right usb printer cable. Then the printer works well.

    Bought this to replace my workhorse old Canon Pixma, which finally died. This one gets a one-star for a simple reason: there is no printer cable included. Nowhere did I see before purchasing this, nor is it written on the box, but you will not be able to use this unless you already have a printer cable. Specifically, you'll need a male USB-B cable where it plugs into the printer. So add that into the cost of the printer. Canon's answer? We never ship cables, too bad for you. Should have kept the one from the old printer.
