After only 10 months of light use (maybe only three or four times a month) I was dismayed as the thing totally broke down last evening. Something internal. I went through all the troubleshooting I could, but nothing helped. So here I sit with a broken printer and two new ink cartridges in my drawer. I live on a fixed income so I have no idea when I will be able to replace it - if ever. I want to cry.

Great product, great price, great customer service. I originally ordered the wrong product online and the store made it really easy to return the item and get what I wanted.

Prints fine. I didn't realize when I purchased it that this model does not copy.

When I searched for a printer that was inexpensive but had a lot of bells and whistles. I wanted a bluetooth capable printer without cables and Best Buy website had shown this printer to be capable of printing via bluetooth via laptop, tablet or phone it sadly does not do that. Also it took forever to find out that this printer through a Canon Representstive that this printer should have come with USB cord and Best Buy rep said that it did not come with a USB port cord.

A very good buy at a low price and will buy again.

No USB cord so I can't use it and I can't review it.

I was looking for a printer that was not WiFi connected and I found it at Best Buy! I love this printer! Easy to set up and use on a daily basis! And the salesman was so kind!

Absolute t**d of a printer. Don’t buy this…save up a buy a real one instead. I busted this into a hundred pieces, then threw it in the trash.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a wired printer.

The printer is a Xmas gift, so we can't rate it, at this time. We've had Canon products before, and have always been very pleased with them.

I had to leave my printer in California when I moved to Nevada in 2014 and have really missed it. Now I have a printer again and couldn't be happier.

I had a Canon printer exactly like this one & it worked very well for several years but then one day it went wonky & I could not fix it no matter how hard I tried. I bought this brand new one & was very excited thinking I would finally have a working printer again. Well, when I set this printer up and tried to use it, it started doing the exact same thing as the old one!! I tried a million times to find out the issue BUT I do not know what is wrong with it, why it will not print! TOTAL WASTE OF MY HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!

Haven’t got it all set up yet. Need to find someone to help me.

No wireless connectivity, airdrop, NFC, etc. print quality is decent- I don’t recommend trying to print any photos. For the price it makes a decent document printer.
