I'm crying with frustration
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After only 10 months of light use (maybe only three or four times a month) I was dismayed as the thing totally broke down last evening. Something internal. I went through all the troubleshooting I could, but nothing helped. So here I sit with a broken printer and two new ink cartridges in my drawer. I live on a fixed income so I have no idea when I will be able to replace it - if ever. I want to cry.

Also, the paper stack gauge is never mentioned in the instructions and I had to figure it out as well. Printer works fine now that I've figured it out.
