Great printing, disappointing scan feature

The only thing that's bothersome is the odd decision to have the "scanner" be through your connected device by photo...the feature is not comparable to an actual scanner & should have either not mention scan capability or have an actual scanner.

Wireless not setting up

Simple, inexpensive printer with wireless

Haven't used the weird scanning function so can't comment on that, but I found it easy to set up and I like the wireless printing. Very happy with my choice!

Canon Vs. HP

I previously had the Workhorse of a printer HP 932. Too bad it couldn't be used with my new laptop and also the ink was no longer easy to find. This Canon is also noisy and ink runs out quickly. I might be trading for a different printer.

It was $49.99 so I’m mindful that you pay for what you get. This is used at a rental property and frankly should be considered as a “throwaway” item once the ink is used up (cost of ink is probably more than the printer is worth).

The colors on it are wonderful, though depending on the paper the colors can be a bit dull. Over all its a good purchase
