Unnecessary steps when using

Every time I add paper or change paper in the tray, have to register the change on the screen. Must turn printer off before turning off power to printer. If I don't, I receive a message I didn't turn off the printer. I had difficulty setting it up.

Horrible

I have had it for a month now and it has NEVER printed correctly, and JAMS almost every time. The paper doesn't load straight even on the simplest of printing. My husband has literally asked me to stop swearing at it. DO NOT BUY this printer!!!

Desktop printer

It is next to impossible to figure out how to enlarge Any item. The paper holder cannot be seen to display the paper. There is a cover on it that hides the paper. Not the best they have made.

But this is kind of a pain because you have to manually open the printer each time you want to print. Defeats the purpose of wireless printing.
