Awesome printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this printer for my teenage kids to print pics on and use for school. This printer has several notebook and graph paper templates so if we run out of paper for school work we can just print out some until we get to the store. The pic quality is amazing and looks better than the print lab at Walgreens. It’s got a easy to use touchscreen and the canon print app is amazing and so helpful. We can even switch easily between that and the 9120 we got for home office.

Would not recommend this printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.*********Buyers be weary********* We bought this printer because of the good reviews and price. However, my girlfriend and I are very disappointed with it. Here are A few common problems we continually having. 1. Electronic devices canno't find or connect to printer, so we continually have to mess around with the settings, which usually requires uninstalling and reinstalling software. 2. Printer is always in a sleep mode and must be "woken up" in order to print, meaning you need to be in the same room, or always walk to where the printer is. 3. Unlike the picture on the website, the front face with the touch screen panel must be flipped up, for the printer to print, which is a huge eye soar poor design. 4. Printer cannot recognize different paper sizes and producers an error codes which has to be addressed making printing a huge pain and inconvenience. It also produces same error code when you try switching from landscape to portrait. 5. installation is done through Website services which is a pain, and time consuming. 6. The touch screen is awful, and is not responsive these are just a few of our most common problems. I would not recommend this printer. By something else with your money. Unfortunately Canon has a 14 day satiation return policy. Since I don't do a lot of printing, most of these problems weren't identified till a month of owning the printer.

Still having issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this printer for a year. It still has issues and says "the printer is not responding". The ink is REALLY expensive as well. The scanning and copying features work okay. I'm pretty tech savvy but the connection/not responding issue is frustrating to say the least.

Constant problems with printing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Canon Pixma TS 6120 about 3 months ago, and wasted hours of time since then troubleshooting printer issues, which it gives me almost every time. - not connected to Wi Fi, though its the same network all the time - error that paper tray is open (error 1000), though it wasn't touched since last printing. You can align printer and cover 100 times, but you still will get this error - showing that paper jammed all the time, so you have to open back panel and take it out. While scanner and copier works good, I mostly use the printer few times a week. Thank you Canon for releasing extremely buggy low-quality product. Purchase price was about $100. Returning this one this week, and buying HP. Their cartridges are more expensive, but will save me hours of time. Will never buy anything from Canon.
