    We bought the printer to replace an HP Photosmart. The print quality is good for b/w, but color prints are not that good, which is unfortunate, since we do a large amount of photo printings. For the price, however, this was a good buy.

    This printer, Canon Pixma TS6320, is a big disappointment. My previous HP lasted more than 10 years without any major problems under a pretty heavy workload for a home machine. This printer is constantly issuing paper jam messages when there is none and after removing the back cover over and over again I finally learned just pressing OK will sometimes override that message but only for one or two prints before it repeats. It is an exceedingly slow machine for any volume of more than a few print at a time. It is a good looking machine and compact but looks aren't everything.
