A very good printer at a very reasonable price.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer has everything I need and more. Easy to set up and very easy to use. I have had higher end printers that don't work nearly as well. A very good bargain at the price.

Affordable, everyday home printer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not as easy to set up for Google Chrome books. However, largely intuitive and simple in design. Scanner is sufficient (not amazing quality but good for the price). Prints quickly and quietly. Overall great bang for your buck

Great printer for the price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer does as it advertises and that's what I wanted. A cheap printer to do the minor print jobs I need from now and then. Setup was fairly simple. Would've liked a bigger screen for even easier setup.

Great, but….
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very satisfied with this printer. It isn’t fancy, but easy to use, and priced well. My only trouble wasn’t getting it connected to my wireless, which is AT&T. I had to call the geek helpdesk and even they couldn’t help me get it connected even though I’m pretty sure I was following their instructions. They sent me outside of Best Buy and I was charged for that without getting the printer connected. I finally requested a house car and the gentleman came and successfully got it connected, but it took over an hour because he had to do something to the computer to get it connected to the AT&T system. Just a warning if you have AT&T. However, now that it’s connected, I’m very pleased with it

Excelent purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using my Canon printer for a few months now, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. As someone who works on creative projects, events, and sometimes needs to print photos or designs, this printer has been a great help. The print quality is sharp, the colors look vibrant, and it's fast. I also love how easy it is to connect it wirelessly—I can print directly from my phone or laptop without any issues

Canon PIXMA TR7020a Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good little printer being used for occasional printing, primary B&W text only. This replaces an older and more expensive HP all-in-one, and while smaller, get's the job done. Cost per page for ink on the slightly higher side, but the sale price of the printer offsets those costs given it is used for a low volume of printing.

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a good printer, but it took me many hours and found it frustrating to set up. I carefully followed the directions and started over several times and it finally worked. I then was able to print, copy and scan. It is a compact printer, but you cannot see the status of or refill the paper tray without manually pulling it out. Of course it takes a different printer ink number than my previous Canon printer. Aggravating to have remaining cartridges that I can't use. Ink is expensive! There are so few places that sell printers and now that they are wireless, there is no real free help to set them up. The online sources expect you to know all of the acronyms and don't show all of the steps in detail.

GREAT PRINTER!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was an excellent buy. The printer is set up seamlessly to print from all connected devices including phone, the quality of print is terrific. The photo printing is beautiful. It is a nice size, this value is outstanding. This printer made me purchase photo paper to print photos because of the quality. The auto ink refill service by Pixma is also very nice. I would highly recommend.

Okay printer, no local manuals, tools not robust
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old printer died (black was unusable), and this made a good replacement printer. However, a feature I miss in the old HP printer is it would automatically eject the paper tray on a printout. If I forget to pull out the paper tray on this printer, the printout falls out onto the floor. All it would take is a electric latch to release a spring-loaded tray. The extended tray is quite long, so it occupies a lot of desktop space. The std quality output was better with the HP. This one can use high-quality output, but I no longer have printouts from the old HP printer at high-quality to compare with high-quality output from this printer. Old HP held 50 sheets of paper in cartridge tray. This one holds 100. Have to move up to the printer to read its LCD display. Unlike the HP, this one has straight paper feed from the backside via pull-out tray. This puts less bend in the paper. Does duplex printing, but will have to experiment with drying time which seems enough for std print quality, but will have to test with high-quality printouts. Print time (how long before re-injecting the paper to print on the other side) is adjustable. Wi-fi setup is a clumsy mess. Instructions are incomplete: at one point, the online manual refers to some installed software to take over the setup, but they don't say what software to load to be ready after doing the manual setup on the printer's screen. Only supports 2.4GHz band: the wifi scan found the 2.4GHz band of my router, but not its 5GHz band. Currently using USB to my computer, and possibly might have gotten it setup for wi-fi access, but unsure since instructions are incomplete or confusing. Print speed (black) is nowhere near the claimed spec of 13 PPM. After print job has completed, this printer keeps making noises for about a minute, like it's moving the heads around or repositioning something. It has an auto-off power mode which supposedly turns on when print traffic is sent to the printer; however, when you use its utilities to configure the printer, the software cannot connect because the printer is off, and those commands must not be considered print traffic. For now, I'll disable auto-off. Somewhere I saw the ink level reported, but I cannot find it again in any of the tools provided with the printer. All manuals are online. No offline copies, so you cannot read the manual during an Internet outage (ISP is down, their Internet service is dead, network issues), and no means of downloading copies of the manuals to your computer. In one tool (IJ Print Utility) is a button to "Manuals", but it takes you to a missing web page.

Compact, Easy to Use, and Great Print Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Canon PIXMA TS6420a Wireless All-in-One Printer, and it’s been a great addition to my home setup. The printer is compact and fits easily on a desk or shelf without taking up much space. Setup was straightforward, and connecting it to Wi-Fi was quick, allowing me to print wirelessly from my phone, tablet, and computer with no issues. Print quality is excellent for everyday use, with sharp text and vibrant color prints. Scanning and copying functions work smoothly, making it convenient for home and light office tasks. I also appreciate the automatic duplex printing, which saves paper and makes printing multi-page documents more efficient. What I like most is how reliable and user-friendly this printer is. The controls are simple, the display is easy to navigate, and it performs consistently without jams or errors. Overall, the Canon PIXMA TS6420a offers a great balance of functionality, quality, and convenience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable all-in-one printer for home use.

Does the job.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a printer with 6 cartridges, and one of the other was always needing replaced. I finally had enough, and realized we could replace the printer for less than the cost of the ink we needed to buy. We got this little gem. Build of the printer is subpar, but it functions well and at the end of the day that’s really what counts. It’s not huge so easily fits where you want. Super easy to set up and start using. Scans, prints from phone without an app, really does everything you need it to do. Love that it has only two print cartridges as well. If you need an affordable multifunction printer this is a fine choice.
