The plastic trays are flimsy, but OK if you are careful. If someone is in a rush (i.e. a young student) expect some of the plastic parts to get broken. I printed a spreadsheet, and it worked well, but when I printed photos on the 3 pieces of sample photo paper that came with the printer, the colors were not acceptable. They seemed to be too brown and yellow. Someone's blue suit came out sort of greenish-turquoise. It's a really nice printer. The printing quality is nice, and it's pretty quiet. My only hiccup is that I had to reconnect it to the WiFi a couple of times, but I don't print everyday so I can understand it somewhat.

This is a great little printer. Does all we need and saves space!

The printer works well but a little louder and slower than I'm used to. Initially had trouble connecting the cord to the printer so that it stayed in place. After working on it a bit, it seems solid now. Overall, the quality of printer looks great and that's what is most important to me.

I bought a Canon printer at BestBuy and honestly, it’s been a pleasant surprise. It was pretty affordable and prints photos with good quality. I think the price-to-value ratio is fair. The only downside is the scanner. It works, but it’s quite basic. If you need to scan multiple pages, you have to do it one by one manually. I wish I had spent a little more on a model with automatic document scanning. Overall, if you’re looking for something budget-friendly for occasional printing and scanning, this printer gets the job done. But if you need a more powerful or automated scanner, I’d suggest looking into a higher-end model.

Love this printer. I had to upgrade because my cat broke the last one. I've always loved cannon. Cameras, printers, anything they make really. It's great quality, has a wifi feature through their app where I can print remotely. It has a LED display. Easy to set up.

Really fast little printer. Easy to connect to phone and computer. Works very well for the price. I highly recommend.

I never send reviews however I really should since I do read them before purchasing things. I generally buy hp printers but felt pulled to this one and I am so glad I did. This was by far the easiest printer to connect with all my devices. That is a first for me lol. Both the phone and the computer and laptop found it so quickly and continuously. That in the past with other brands not so much. I found the ink to be affordable and accessible (which I was worried about with the price of the printer). I am very happy with this purchase!

Setup wasn't as easy as I expected. After setup however, it is working fine. Have to get the Canon App installed in order to do things like scan, for example. I only use this for simple text print jobs so my knowledge of the quality of photos it prints is 0, but it also comes with a few photo printing papers as well which I found convenient. Paper tray was poorly designed and takes a little nudging to get the paper and tray to seat properly (you pull a tray out to put paper in then slide it back in). Initially, it would not print as the tray was not seated properly. Printing is super quick, and the text is very clear, and it powers up and prints for me whenever I need with no hiccups. I really only marked points off for the tray design and the setup. Both could use improvements. All in all, it is a fine printer for college students like myself, just grab it when it's on sale!

Great wireless printer for the money! Works great and happy with the printed copies! Very easy set up too! I got the protection plan for 4 years in case I have any issues! Don’t hesitate to buy I purchased on 3/21/25 and love it!!

Performs well ink last for quite some time quality prints and quiet very user friendly and is a great product for the price too I’m glad I purchased one

Good quality scanner /printer, but not as robust feeling /sounding as my previous Canon MX922. Only two print cartridges, and the two provided cartridges are trial/starter capacity. Two new cartridges will run about $50. Software is ok once you get it and install it and get it working. Canon instructions for software is almost non-existent - absolutely horrible - and once you find some help, seems it must have been written in Chinese and translated to English. Had I not had similar Canon products several times before, I'm not sure I would have it installed and working yet. Opening the top part to get to the print cartridge area sounds like it is out of whack and catching on something - not smooth at all. But with all the deficiencies, you end up with a very good scan and /or print. Faster on printing than my last multi-purpose Canon MX922.
