Better printer scanners out there for less. Just have to be in stock

Going straight back. Will NOT connect to my wifi, phone or computer at all. "Connection failed". 10 times in a row. Useless

when you send a document to this printer, it process very slowly, in addition to this , you can't print any document directly from your phone to this printer unless you install its app on your cell phone, in which you may able to do this job on another printer without installing their apps. I'm not recommend this printer.

Worked well for about 3 or 4 months. Now it refuses to connect to the wifi no matter what. Ready toss this hunk of junk out the window!

The printer quality is not good, even for a home printer. The image is grainy despite multiple attempts to calibrate. The color is also very faded. Overall a super disappointing purchase and will not buy this type again.

It's a piece of junk. Paper jams every 2nd or third job. Wont recognize the paper cassette is inseted unless you slam it in so hard that it is sure to break soon. Never again for a Canon. I'll try an HP next time

Writing on screen too small and faint to see easily. And it couldn’t recognize our T-Mobile Wi-Fi so we had to return it

This product is very lean and uneasy just like kids play items

cheap unreliable and broken within a year! have to jump through hoops to get it fixed or replaced. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Cannot get the paper to consistently feed through without getting a paper jammed message. Will be returning it this weekend.

It is cheap, true. But the UX with it is terrible. I work in tech, and still it is a pain to work with this printer. Can't image a normal family buys this one to just use it on any device, because they'd be in constant pain

This printer sucks. It’s so slow and it’s constantly “loading” i have to un plug it for it to stop loading.

Had to take it back. The driver would not load down from the interent because it said that it had a virus. Also, when I went to register it, it would not register because it would not recognize the serial number as being one for the United States. Said it was an overseas serial number,

For some reason when printing the paper jams up and doesn't feed all the way through the path. It also takes a long time once you try to print even if the printer has been on for hours.
