We love our new printer. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and it’s so easy to use. It connects easily to our phones or lap tops to print which is a time saver and so convenient.

Bought this one to replace an older model "pixma" Was a bit apprehensive being a senior and not technically savy. The printer was very easy to set up through the on-line instructions (no one provides paper any longer!). Print quality is fine, may be a tad slow.Will see how long the supplied ink last. Did not sign up for the ink replacement program.

It does exactly what I need it to do. At first I had a little trouble setting up wifi, but really that just could be me..... All I have used it for is printing pieces of paper. The color looks amazing! I forgot how well printers print color. (I'm from the old days where it was line by line by line by.....) It's fast. Oh! I did print a two sided paper, that was exciting. It is small and compact. I'd buy it again it I hadn't already bought it... :)

This printer is excellent for me. It was easy for me to set up. Perform the basic tasks I needed to do.

Overall this printer is good. Since there is no paper manual for the printer it's a little difficult is setup. Reason being, there is no cd rom disk included in the box. All the information is found online. I've discovered that it is easier to print from a phone or tablet than a laptop/desktop computer. This is because an app is what you use to print, scan, copy, etc. There's an icon you can setup on the computer desktop, but it's not as straightforward to setup and use, as the phone/tablet app. One thing I really like is that there are only two print cartridges. Black and color. Not 5 or 6. So, if there is a time/date limit on the cartridges (IDK) and they stop working even if there is still ink remaining, the replacement cost is not too severe. I'm also not sure if you can print in draft quality to save ink. Haven't been able to find it in the printing menu's. Overall, the price was right being that it was on sale and I needed a printer sooner than later and didn't have time to shop all my options. I'd probably buy the same unit again, but IDK.

worse than the hp envy. when it comes to ink its best to use 3rd party ink because if you use canon ink you have to subscribe. if you use the subscription and decide to stop paying for whatever reason they shut your printer down and you can't use it until you pay or take the ink carts out. Besides that the quality of print is great especially if your going to do DTV or DTF

Works well. The app is a little finicky, and the printer itself takes a while to boot up to do tasks. Hard to configure with apple products and will reject the use of off-brand ink.

The wifi connectivity allows anyone to print on it making it a great printer and scanner to have in the house. Very user friendly.

Very easy to setup! The paper tray is a bit tricky to allign and the paper can get jammed if not accurately fed. But overall really good printing quality as well as simple and fast copying capability while using black ink.

Good printer for the price! It’s easy to use and not very complicated just follow the easy to use instructions and you will be fine. The feature I like the most is that you can connect your computer and phone at the same time

This is definitely a budget printer, but it does a good job for how much it costs! Has wired or wireless capabilities, but you will need a separate cable for a wired connection.

Great printer I’ve had it almost a year and never had an issue.

My HP printer broke and I needed a printer to turn in some important documents. I went to Best Buy and saw this Canon PIXMA that scans documents and prints in both color and black and white. The printer comes with the black and white ink as well as the color ink. It also brings a photo paper to test out the picture quality. I've printed in both black and white and color and the quality has been great! It was also easy to set up and the price was good!

Very convenient easy to set up, really good print quality

I needed a copier that would be fast and easy to use. I am quite satisfied with this Canon copier. The instructions were easy to follow and the prints came out beautifully. I also liked that I could use the app on my phone to operate it.
